It is a magnificent stone semi-detached house, situated in a land with excellent orientation and incomparable views of Pagasitikos Gulf and mount of Pelion. It is made of double (exterior and interior) stone masonry, which in the middle carries reinforced concrete. The ground floor and the first floor are made of concrete, while the second floor is wooden. The roof inside has exposed wooden beams and is covered with Pelion stone plates.
Agios Georgios Nilias in the Prefecture of Magnesia is an old village of Pelion, built at an altitude of 700 m, in an amphitheatrical location overlooking the Pagasitic Gulf, about 20 km east of Volos, between Agios Vlasios and Pinakates.
